Profile

Darius is Founder and Owner of  "COMMITIS- Leadership Development and Coaching".

His expertise and passion is consulting, coaching and teaching companies, organizations and professionals in the fields of Leadership, Organizational Change, Team Development and Personal Growth.

Over a decade of working experience in these fields, a Master in Organizational and Clinical Psychology and ongoing learning are the foundation of his professional profile.

His career includes 5 years in the position of the Global HR Manager Corporate Leadership Development for a well known, internationally operating pharmaceutical and chemical company. He was responsible for building and implementing the Corporate Leadership Curriculum, providing own and external consulting expertise to the Organization, building up the Coaching process and conceptualization and facilitation of Organizational and Team Development projects.

Earlier, he followed the call to take the position of the COO of an internet start-up, taking the responsibility for building the Sales Force, developing the Sales Strategy and coordinating all HR related issues.

Since April 2007, he furthermore received the honour to be called in as "Visiting Professor and Teaching Associate at the Ashridge Business School, UK“, one of the top 5 business schools on Leadership in the world.
